At manu8888, gaming is entertainment — not stress. We provide comprehensive control tools and ongoing support to ensure every member in Malaysia plays within healthy, safe limits.
All of the following tools are available directly within your manu8888 account settings — free, easy to activate, and effective immediately.
Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and can be lowered at any time. Increasing a limit requires a 7-day waiting period before it takes effect — this ensures your decision is made thoughtfully, not impulsively.
Set the maximum loss amount you are willing to accept within a given period. Once the loss limit is reached, the manu8888 system will automatically block any further wagering for that period — no need to remember or check manually.
Set a maximum duration for each of your gaming sessions. manu8888 will display a reminder when the time limit is approaching, and the session will be ended automatically once the limit is reached. This feature helps you stay aware of the time you spend on the platform.
Need a short break? Activate a self-cooling period of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During the break, your account stays active but access to games is restricted. This option is ideal when you feel you need a pause without fully closing your account.
For more serious needs, self-exclusion allows you to close access to the manu8888 platform for 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During this period, your account cannot be accessed and you will not receive any promotional communications.
You can choose to opt out of any bonus offers, promotions, or marketing communications from manu8888 at any time. This reduces external prompts that may influence your gaming decisions without due consideration.
All control tools are accessible in under two minutes. No need to contact support — everything can be managed on your own, directly from within your account.
Access your account via the manu8888 website or mobile app using your username and password.
Click the profile icon at the top right of the screen, then select "Account Settings" from the menu that appears.
All control tools are listed under one dedicated tab — deposit limits, loss limits, time limits, self cool-off, and self-exclusion.
Enter your desired limit value and confirm. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 7-day waiting period.
An email confirmation will be sent to your registered address as a record of the changes made for your account security.
